Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts Singapore 

    APCA Singapore is the 7th Academy of APCA Group of Pastry & Culinary Schools in Asia and also the 1st to open professional courses to the public outside of the industry.

    APCA Singapore is opening with a unique concept of Continuing Education Workshops for both Professionals and Enthusiasts. There will be a combination of multiple Chefs demonstrations and hands-on experiences. Programs are designed for the professionals in the Pastry & Culinary Industry and the food enthusiasts who wish to learn from the best in a short period of time. Students will be taught by our In-house Chefs and Master Chefs from around the world who cover a wide variety of topics like French Pastries, Artisan Bread, Viennoiserie, Sugar Display and Asian Delicacies.
    All the classes are held in our state-of-the-art commercial kitchens where you will have access to the finest ingredients and the latest equipment. Whether you are a group of friends, Corporate or Customers, you can learn the basic or the latest techniques in our classes throughout the year.

    APCA Singapore is located in Singapore Expo. There will be 3 different types of programs on offer. Master classes by MOF & World Pastry champions. Intensive Program by World Pastry Champions, Asia Pastry Champion and Award-winning Chefs. Short classes for Enthusiasts will be conducted by specialized chefs.

    APCA will also be doing training, consultancy and product developments for Hotels, Pastry shops, Bakeries and Production kitchen. APCA Singapore will also be open to hold team-building events for corporate clients and product launch.
