Our food Enthusiasts workshops are perfect for home bakers or pastry enthusiasts. These 3-4 hours workshops require no previous experience in pastry or bakery, and provide a professional yet fun and comfortable introduction to many areas of pastry arts.
You can learn how to make French pastries, Chocolate, Brownies and Pie, Bread, and even special topics like Vegan baking. Classes are a combination of the Chef’s demonstration and hands-on experience where participants will have the opportunity to create recipes while our Chefs will provide real-time tips. Our food enthusiasts classes are also a great introduction to the industry for those considering pastry or culinary as a career.
